Drumstrings Casey's progressive rock sound is music to the ears of one small-town woman. Evie is an amusement park employee who can't seem to get enough of the musician, even going so far as to carve his name into her forehead during one of his concerts. As the media gets word of Evie's bizarre stunt, star and fan are propelled toward one another.
