Ashley

A teenage girl, distraught from painful memories of her dead predator father and struggling with her own sexuality, resorts to cutting herself. Unable to connect with others, including her off-balance mother, it is only after she develops a relationship with an older woman that she learns to accept both herself and her sexuality and trust another in the endless solitude of sprawling suburbia.
