Hands over the City

Edoardo Nottola, a ruthless Neapolitan land developer and elected city councilman, manages to use his political power to gain a personal profit in a suburban real-estate deal. However, after the collapse of a residential building, the communist councilman De Vita initiates an inquiry into Nottola's possible connection to the accident.
