Roman officials are baffled as a serial killer stalks their city streets, abducting woman and murdering them "live" on the Internet. One officer, Anna (Stefania Rocca), receives an email from the madman and becomes his opponent for a Russian roulette style game of poker. The stakes are high as with every hand lost, his victim looses an appendage. If Anna is able to win four straight hands, the victim will be released. It's a shame that Anna spent more of her time studying to be a cop instead of gambling away her life like her father did. The police refuse to believe his first email and the maniac ends up murdering his victim while the police watch in horror. With the aid of a British forensics specialist, they try to track down the clever killer before he is able to snuff out another victim.
