La vie devant moi

In 1942, Tauba, a lively teen, just manages to escape the Vel d'Hiv roundup with her parents. The Dinanceaus, a couple, offer them a temporary hideout in a cramped storage space in their Paris rooftop apartment, hoping things will soon settle down. But as time stretches on, what was meant to be short-term turns into a prolonged ordeal, trapping the family in silence and stillness. Yet, Tauba remains a fighter, determined to defy her destiny.
