Never Too Young to Die

When top secret agent is murdered, his estranged gymnast son Lance Stargrove (John Stamos) teams up with his dad's seductive and deadly associate Danja Deering to confront the killer: fiendish hermaphroditic mastermind Velvet Von Ragnar (Gene Simmons), who schemes to poison the city's water supply. Amid leather-clad, mohawked henchmen, Stargrove fights to crush Velvet once and for all, with help from allies (Peter Kwong and Robert Englund).
