Yesterday's Target

Telekinetic Paul Harper is stuck thirty years in the past, with little memory or control over his abilities. Paul runs from a group of agents that kidnapped him to conduct tests on his physiology, and locates two other time travelers, Jessica and Carter, who are entangled in similar predicaments.
